Gabe talks about how he started out in Roman Catholicism, then became a 7th Day Adventist, an atheist, an intellectual, a Libertarian, a Perennialist, and lastly: a FREEMASON! After getting into the content of online personalities such as Jordan Peterson and Jonathan Pageau he spent a period of time taking psychedelics and going to EDM events and strip clubs, until one day he stepped into an Orthodox Church... and the rest is history!

*We would like to make a distinction about what we said about God's children (born in his image, to live in service to our Father) - we are NOT referring to the result of our free will choice to receive Christ as our Lord and Savior, nor of deification, nor even of "becoming the children of God by adoption" which occurs as a "spiritual birth by grace, through faith, and in the Holy Spirit," accomplished at Baptism.  See John 1:13, Orthodox Study Bible.  We as Christians are directed to live in such a way to become similar to Him.  Big difference!  We apologize for any confusion!
