God’s wisdom as it turns out ... well on the one hand, when we’re sitting there all wrapped up in our selfish desires, God’s wisdom seems pretty counterintuitive. Seems to cost a lot and not deliver too much. But actually - God’s wisdom delivers just enormous blessing. Question is - how do we get our hearts in a place where we’re ready to listen?

Whilst some people under spiritualise life - I have to do it all in my own strength, others over spiritualise. They expect God to do the things they can do and then they wonder why things fall in a great almighty heap. So where’s the balance - between us killing ourselves at something versus leaving it all to God. What’s the middle ground? How’s it supposed to work?

We all have the odd panic attack from time to time. Or anxiety gnaws away at us and grinds our bones into dust. But there’s and antidote. There’s a cure. Some people - frankly - talk too much. Blah, blah, blah - on and on. In their own eyes - they appear so wise. But you know what I’ve noticed? The really smart people, the wise ones talk less and listen more. In fact the more I see, the more I learn ... the more I come to the conclusion that wisdom is, well ... understated.
