  - Don’t put your eggs in one basket. It’s something we’ve talked about in the past; don’t rely too much on one client

 - If you don’t love running the business - maybe it’s time for you to do something else. As you’ll hear, even after decades in the role - both Martin and Graeme still love being an active part of the business, although the original founders of the business have since moved on.

 -  Making remote working work for the business. Martin and Graeme admit that it has been a challenge, but they’ve created a process which seems to fit nicely with the team within the company.
