Accept the divine pardon God offers you by belief in His Son and you become a brand-new person in Christ. “If any man is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things are passed away and all things become new” (2 Col 5:17). As a Christian, you can talk directly to God. You can pray anytime, anywhere, any day and you can get answers to your prayers. Beware of arrogance. Arrogance can’t handle authority, especially if authority makes an unfair decision. An arrogant person reacts in contrast to a humble person who responds to unfair authority and turns the circumstance over to the Supreme Court of Heaven. “The way of a fool is right in his own eyes” (Prov 12:15). Arrogance has to be controlled. “Stop thinking of yourself in terms of arrogance but think in terms of humility as God has assigned to each one of us a standard of thinking from His Word” (Rom 12:3). As you learn and apply God’s Word you renovate your thinking. You think in terms of humility, forgiveness, respect, honor and integrity. What a great way to live!
