In this episode, Baylor discusses the various styles his puppy and his sister's two dogs go about when it comes to recieving treats.  He parallells these styles to how, we as people, attack opportunity.  Some of us jump at the opportunity, some like to enjoy the moment.  No matter how big an obstacle is, Baylor uses a parallel of his puppy breaking down treats into smaller bites as a means to help us see how we can break down large goals and grow along the way.
