Dr. Wendy Molaska of Dedicated Family Care in Fitchburg, WI was just honored with the inaugural DPC Physician of the Year Award at the DPC Summit, and this conversation is exactly why. Wendy opened her practice in May 2021 out of a one-room micropractice, built a bilingual and trilingual team, and now serves one of the most diverse patient panels in DPC. She's also the past president of the Wisconsin Medical Society, testifies at the state legislature every year for DPC recognition, and somehow still runs a full-scope family medicine practice from womb to tomb.
