Andrew Cuomo is trying to prevent the new vaccines from being used in NY because the Trump administration may have helped with their development. He is also calling any plan that uses private distribution through pharmacies racist. Kevin talks about that and more. 

Kevin interviews Ian Coyle, Livingston County Administrator, about what NYS is doing with it's sales taxes. Counties normally expect to keep a portion of sales taxes generated within them and receive other  aid to help with state mandates. Now, the state is keeping more of that money themselves.
