Cs: Slunce vrcholilo na obloze, když Marek prošel branou Botanické zahrady v Praze.
En: The sun was at its peak in the sky as Marek walked through the gates of the Botanická zahrada in Praha.

Cs: Každý krok provázel jemný šelest listí a sladká vůně letních květin.
En: Each step was accompanied by the soft rustle of leaves and the sweet fragrance of summer flowers.

Cs: Marek miloval toto místo.
En: Marek loved this place.

Cs: Pro něj to bylo útočiště.
En: To him, it was a refuge.

Cs: Ale dnes tu byl s cílem, který ho naplnil úzkostí.
En: But today he was here with a purpose that filled him with anxiety.

Cs: V kapse měl dopis od Tomáše, jehož odpověď na Marekovo pozvání na návštěvu byla zpočátku nejasná.

Cs: Pak Lena natáhla ruku a jemně se dotkla Marekova ramena.
En: Then Lena reached out and gently touched Marek's shoulder.

Cs: „Jsme tady pro tebe,“ řekla měkce.
En: "We're here for you," she said softly.

En: Tomáš nodded.
