As I look back at this year, I am humbled and proud of the growth I have made. I may not have lost a pound. I may have struggled mentally but my greatest achievement this year has been growing a relationship with Christ. God loves you and he sees you even in the midst of your struggle.

When opportunity comes our way we need both courage and wisdom to handle them.

Love can spread through time, distance and emotion. The greatest love we experience is Gods love and love for ourself.

The tides are changing and this time it is for the better. The tears we have cried and the fights we have endured are worth it when we look ahead with hope and optimism.

With so much to accomplish, growth helps us improve out output to the world. Growth can happen in any season or situations and what we grow though serves as a part of our testimony.

Anger can make us someone we don’t even recognize. In our anger we can do thing that we can not take back. We should look to controlling our anger so that our posture can be pleasing to God.

Do not let peer pressure let you forget who you are and where you come from. When you stand in your true morals and ethics, allowing yourself to be authentic, you shake off the pressure and raise.

We live in a fast paced world where rest and taking a break seem to have a negative connotation. Rest is essential because it equips us for the journey or season ahead.

Sometimes a shred of hope can be all we have left. When we are faced with what seems impossible, we most always remember that light has to shine on what can be previewed as a very dark world.
