We don't often get to hear referees give interviews or talk about their jobs, in fact they all prefer to be as anonymous as possible, because when they are, it means they are doing a good job.
Michael Olver joins us on this week's pod to talk through some of his fondest referee stores along with some difficult situations he's faced.
This is one of our favourite podcasts so far. Enjoy
Great to heav Liam Ridgewell on the podcast, interesting to hear his thought on the MLS and how he used his Premier League experience to help grow the club and raise the professionalism around the training ground.
Also, as a keen golfer who just used to 'wing it' Liam is now an 8 handicapper having been through golf lessons to help understand and learn the game of golf. It was also very interesting to find out how he learnt best as many footballers are very visual learners so relating golf to football was a big learning curve for him!
Check out the Pod and if you enjoy it please drop us a comment or 5* rating

We are joined by European Tour Player Gavin Moynihan who talks us through the trials and tribulations that go with being a tour player.
