When the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the New York law that requires applicants to prove a “special need” to get a license to carry a firearm in public, many wondered how this decision would affect Massachusetts, which has a very similar law. Now, a change is already taking affect as the MA Attorney General’s office put out new gun guidance for local police chiefs advising them to no longer deny someone a license to carry because an applicant lacks a “good reason to carry a firearm.” President of the MA Chiefs of Police Association, Upton Police Chief Michael Bradley joined Jordan to discuss.

The Debate Over Returning To The Office. The tug of war is on between employers and their employees when it comes to returning to the office. The pandemic forced many workplaces to allow their employees to work from home. Now over two years later and with a vibrant vaccine rollout, companies are having a hard time bringing back their workers. A Robert Half survey said two thirds of senior managers wants their teams on site everyday whereas half of employees surveyed said they would look for a new job if forced to return to work fulltime.
