On the show this week we reflect on The 147th Open Championship from Royal Birkdale, won in dramatic fashion by Jordan Spieth. A slow burner, but one that will long live in the memory after the scenes at the 13th. Rory will always have our attention and we talk about his time at The Open and his split from long term caddy JP this week and the possible ramifications for his game heading into The Bridgestone Invitational and the final Major of the season next week.
We wrap up by taking a look at the Women's British Open, The Barracuda Championship and The WGC Bridgestone Invitational where all the top players are fine tuning their games at Firestone in advance of the final Major of 2017 The PGA Championship from Quail Hollow next week.

It's US Open week and we're here to preview the 117th edition taking place at Erin Hills Golf Club in Wisconsin. We break down the golf course, an unknown to the vast majority of the field and identify the challenges faced by the players this week, what skills and attribrutes they'll need to put themselves into contention and what they'll need to avoid doing that could ruin their chances and the weather conditions they'll face. We then pull this all together into a few of our fancies for the week as well as talking about the big guns and some fairytale outsiders.
