Have you shared with your son or daughter music that influenced you back in the day?
Mentors have you ever sat down and shared with someone the music you listened to when you were young? Father’s what have told your sons, daughters, and others who look at you about you? Explain to them what influenced you, the good and the bad and how you know.
Again I will share some of the music that was new and present to my generation in the 80s when positive rap was introduced to America and now has impacted the world. Is the music bad? No, it all depends on what the message is. Don’t demonize something because you were trained to think if the name Jesus was not dropped then it is wrong.

Have you shared with your son or daughter music that influenced you back in the day? Sharing something about your past to teach lessons are very helpful to reaching people. People need to be able to reflect on their life to understand a difficult person or situation they may be going through. Today I will share some of the music that came along in my life and why have decided to share after I was asked by a 15 year old. Enjoy!
