We all know we are supposed to be grateful, especially during this year's season. However, we can get caught up in the busyness of the holidays and neglect to stop and appreciate all we have. 


This week, Mel & Kel want to challenge you! Which of the five gratitude activities below will you commit to completing? One? Two? All five?! Be sure to share!


1. Take a picture today of something for which you are grateful.

2. Say "thank you" to someone you don't know - extra points if you find out their name too!

3. Set a reminder on your phone or ask Alexa to remind you to think a grateful thought.

4. Send a thankful text to someone in your contacts who you haven't spoken to in a while.

5. Journal and reflect on this past year. Write down all of the great things that happened.
