ePosters
All accepted abstracts are being presented as ePosters. You can view all ePosters online June 11 through December 31. Click here to view the ePosters. 

Although there is no "Meet the Poster Authors" session this year, you can ask the poster authors questions and send them feedback by clicking on the “Connect” button under the presenting author’s name / info. Your message will be sent directly to the presenting author of that ePoster.

Merit Awards will be announced during the Abstracts General Session on Friday, June 25.

Event Live Chat & Networking
In the WOCNext online event platform, you canchat with your fellow attendees byclicking the green “Join the Conversation” button on the right hand side of the event platform to join the global event chat. You can use this chat feature to talk to your fellow attendees and exhibitors one-on-one or in the global chat rooms. In addition, attendees can also take advantage of the live chats during sessions. Use this space to ask your colleagues  questions and exchange information about how the content will affect your practice in your facility or practice setting. 

 

Match Madness Days
Join us on June 16 and 17 for Match Madness--a two-day online networking event for attendees and exhibitors. Meet face-to-face via video chat with exhibitors that match your product interest before WOCNext 2021 begins! Plus, the attendee who creates the most appointments will be awarded a $100 gift card! Click here to learn more about the Match Madness Days.

MyConnect App
Attendees will have the ability to network with other attendees and exhibitors prior to, during and following the event through the MyConnect app. We encourage attendees to download the MyConnect app, available through the Apple iTunes Store and Google Play Store by searching for “wocn”. Through the app you will be able to create a personalized planner, search for and message exhibitors, create one-on-one online appointments with exhibitors, message attendees and post directly to social media all at your fingertips. To log in to MyConnect through the app, you need to use the email address that you provided during registration. 

Remember to allow notifications from the app so that you can see our Buzz Notifications.

Handouts
Handouts will be available in the online event platform the week leading up to the event. Attendees can access handouts through the sessions tab in the event platform. You can download the handouts and take notes right in the event platform.

Evaluations
Evaluations to earn Nursing Contact Hours and Pharmacology Credits will take place on the same site as in past years. The log in information is your Unique ID as the username and the password for everyone is “wocn”. The evaluation site for Nursing Contact Hours and Pharmacology credits will close on December 31st. 

If you are interested in the additional credit types, Physicians can earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credits and Physical Therapists can earn Contact Hours, there will be a different evaluation to complete through the Relias platform. More information will be provided in the WOCNext event platform. These additional credits can only be earned during the live event.
