Take some time to tap in to your parasympathetic nervous system, the rest and digest. Breathe and listen to the innate wisdom and truth of your body. Grab a piece of paper or your journal and pen to write down anything that comes up. We’ll start with some questions, go into a little development, deeply listen to the body and identify/activate your word of intention. If you need more time to feel the supportive peace that your word will bring, please take it. This word is a daily reminder to help bring more of what you want in your life. Connect with others by sharing your word and possibly even passing it along when your time with the word is ready to move on. Be curious about your word, study it and really get to know it.
