Keep well in 2023 with Mike and Pete! Recently Mike and Pete shared a podcast about new years resolutions and how only 16% of people manage to stick to them!

This podcast was recorded in mid Feb. Pete and Mike had actually made some new 'intentions' or 'resolutions for 2023! So we decided to check in and see how progress was being made and we were surprised at the results!

The benefits of becoming a B-CORP with Mark Shortland.  Mark is co-founder of Shoplight a supplier of lighting to the retail sector.  Shoplight is nearly 9 years in business and has recently gone through the process of becoming a B-Corp certified business.  

Shoplight have previously signed up to the Better Business Act and Mark and his co-founder and wife Mel are keen to ensure their business makes good decisions not just for the shareholders but also their people and others impacted by their work.
