Can't believe we're already 5 episodes deep. We hope you are taking what you need, and leaving what you don't at the door (along with any stink attitudes) lol. 

As two individuals on a journey of self-improvement, we wanted to designate an episode to learn from our past and share a few holiday traditions we grew up on. 

What to expect? A sh*tload of laughter, vulnerability, & a few "F, B & S" bombs here and there, but most importantly... value on how to appreciate what/who is already in front of you.
