A rotten weekend of football for our teams this weekend as United and Spurs struggle but we soldier on. Powered by spaghetti hoops and a faint tint of hope we bring you the AHO weekly show.

The international break is hurting us. Not gonna lie. Unfortunately when one person isn't on it the other steps up but we are both useless with any knowledge of international footy (or football in general come to mention it) but the international break is hard work... Here it is. The AHO weekly get down. We've got a bit of a thank you to give out first to all the crew that came through for the Betfred kick off party even though it was the other type of football. It was a great day and even Tom had a winner of a bet!
