We are starting a new sermon series: "A Heart of Generosity" There are many misunderstandings about giving. It is not just about giving in order to receive more back from God, it is about how God develops our hearts to be more like His. He gave His Son—truly a selfless gift and the most difficult gift anyone could give—because of love. It would make sense that God values a heart of generosity above many other qualities He tries to build in us.
