Sl: V velikem domu družine Novak je vladala prava jesenska radost.
En: In the large home of the Novak family, a true autumnal joy prevailed.

Sl: Vonj sveže pečenega kostanja se je širil iz kuhinje, kjer je mama pripravljala večerjo.
En: The scent of freshly roasted chestnuts wafted from the kitchen, where mom was preparing dinner.

Sl: Skozi okna se je videlo, kako listje spreminja barvo v čudovitih odtenkih rdeče, rumene in oranžne barve.
En: Through the windows, you could see the leaves changing color into beautiful shades of red, yellow, and orange.

Sl: Matjaž je sedel za veliko leseno mizo v jedilnici, obkrožen s papirji, barvami in majhnimi figuricami vojakov.
