What does rejoicing in Christ look like? There are many responses of how many people rejoice in Christ. But one way that I know how to rejoice in Jesus Christ is sharing what I know about him. Take a listen and think about ways you can rejoice in Christ.

This is  reflection episode of the power of  what one friend can do for you.  To have good friends yon need to be a good friend yourself, and if we don't make time for friends then we won't have any.  Is Heavenly Father your creator your friend? Is your Savior your friend? Lets pause and reflect on our relationships.

Trish and I discuss how we met and how everything we do matters. We are all going through hard things but when we are able to put just in a little bit of effort into helping or serving others that it really does matter. Also, this is a good self reflection episode where we sometimes have to take a look at ourselves and see what changes we need to make, and make sure we are aren't interrupting the plan that God has in store for us.

Its fun to look back over the last 14 years and see that I have been preparing and being tutored this whole time. I have a better understanding of people and learning to communicate effectively. I am still a work in progress but I have had moments of clarity and peace as I am able to be present with people in the moment to help them feel seen.

Sometimes kids can be a handful, in this episode I teach you how to include your kids in doing small things  and how it can lead to big impact. Leading by example is the best teacher for your kids. I know grocery stores can be the worst nightmare for mom's but they can also be the birthplace of connection and love.

When life seems overwhelming, we can remember that we are never alone. Also, sharing your light and the gifts God has given you can change the one.

This was such a fun interview with Hannah Brady. We have become more then just sister in laws we have become friends. She has been an answer to so many of my prayers. More often then not the unseen gifts and talents of others are what keep people going just one more day. Always remember that God does notice us and its usually through another person that he meets our needs. Love you Hannah
