Sk: Zima zakrývala Bratislavu snehom ako bielym plášťom.
En: Winter covered Bratislava with snow like a white blanket.

Sk: Ulica pred školou štebotala hlasmi rodičov a učiteľov.
En: The street in front of the school buzzed with the voices of parents and teachers.

Sk: Vianočné svetlá viseli nad nimi, no pre Marka to znamenalo len ďalší dôvod na starosti.
En: Christmas lights hung above them, but for Marek, it only meant another reason to worry.

Sk: Bol to deň rodičovského združenia, deň, ktorý chcel za každú cenu preskočiť.
En: It was the day of the parent-teacher meeting, a day he wanted to skip at all costs.

En: The rise of peace in the classroom was magical, much like the inner warmth during a winter night.

Sk: Pri odchode Marcove oči padli na vianočné svetlá.
En: As they left, Marek's eyes fell on the Christmas lights.

Sk: Možno sa zmenia na dobré Veľkonočné, pomyslel si, usmievajúc slabo.
En: Maybe they will turn into good Easter ones, he thought, smiling faintly.

Sk: Vianoce neboli len o stromčeku a svetlách, ale aj o rodine, ktorá spolu hľadá cestu.
En: Christmas wasn't just about the tree and lights but also about a family finding their way together.

Sk: A Marek sa rozhodol ísť tou cestou, ktorá vedie späť domov, tam, kde patrí.
En: And Marek decided to take the path that leads back home, where he belongs.
