A Horror Borealis

It's Moriah's favorite Thursday...again.

The Hunters find themselves in a strangely familiar situation, but nobody else seems to be particularly concerned. Siobhan and Martha take the practical investigation into their own hands, and the librarian does what she does best.

This was never going to end well.

Reeling in the wake of a brutal attack and a shocking transformation, Siobhan and Martha find their way to each other and face a difficult decision: worn down, battered, and desperate, how hard are they willing to fight to keep the remaining threat from harming anyone else? Meanwhile, Moriah struggles to help a friend with blood still on her own hands.

What are we, the producers of a critically-acclaimed breakout primetime vehicle for Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston’s dramatic careers? Because the events of this episode are BREAKING BAD.

Martha gets a cryptic distress call from the worst possible source at the worst possible time, while Moriah and Siobhan bear witness to a moment that neither of them can walk away from. Think Mr. Brightside, but horrible, and with a lot more broken glass.

Nobody knows how to bowl. Nobody has ever known how to bowl. It's an impossible game and we're done talking about it.

Also, Siobhan stages an air hockey intervention, Moriah and Martha gets suspicious, and the gang makes an excellent point about the statistics of a secondary location.

The team manages, against all odds and terrible time management skills, to get back together--and to start putting the pieces together as well. But as usual, the information they have only leads to more questions. Do they know a monster when they see one? Are there innocents wrapped up in all of this? How can they protect the town when they don't know what their enemies are capable of? As always, the solution is probably a slumber party.

Look, we're not entirely sure what's happening in this episode. Martha commits some light identity theft, if that appeals to you? Siobhan leads the world's most weirdly tense nature walk? Also, vampires? You should probably just listen.
