In the first half  Nedra speaks with Pascal Picard who is cycling from Alaska to Patagonia and making a film about individuals and projects that use outdoor activities to create a more just and sustainable world.

In the second half our guest is Portlander Robert Ping who has been a tireless bicycle advocate for over 25 years. Among the groups he has worked with are the Walkable and Livable Communities Institute and the Safe Routes to School National Partnership. Robert is also a home builder and a musician with the band Mellow Rebels.
