Howard Murphet, a spiritual seeker from Australia who later became a lifelong devotee of Swami, wrote the book "Man of Miracles," which is arguably the most widely-read book on Swami. Over the years, thousands of seekers like him were drawn to Swami through this book and others that he wrote afterwards (such as, Sai Baba Avatar, Sai Baba - Invitation to Glory, Where the Road Ends, and more). According to Murphet, his books were simply a doorway that Swami Himself opened for people to come to Him.
