A Journey through your Energy Centres

Take a journey through each of your energy centres with this 30-minute meditation. You will activate your spiritual channels and release that which no longer serves you. To begin, take a few deep breaths and observe the space around you, creating a sense of safety. Once you feel secure, you can start the meditation. If you experience any discomfort, return to your breath and open your eyes if necessary.

After completing the meditation, take some time to reflect on what came up for you. What sensations arose in your body? What were the emotions and thoughts that accompanied those sensations? Did you see any particular colours or symbols?
Remember to be kind to yourself and understand that whatever arises during the meditation is there for a reason.
