Rough few weeks but it is important to keep working at it!
What I have learned:
1. My depression and anxiety cause stress which in turn makes my anxiety worse and makes me feel bad about not being as productive as I “should be”
2. It is okay to not do everything and be everything
3. Do the things that keep you at 100%
What I want to work on:
1. Pushing through - but not over doing it
2. Spend time in silence
3. Work to embrace the time of darkness
