This week has been interesting…

What I have learned:

1. If you are depressed or anxious you are a human with unmet needs.

2. With Love Helly- I am going to have to put in the work

3. Looking at the flame is hard because I don’t know what self love feels like

What I want to do:

1. Writing everyday

2. Find places to start public speaking

3. Have more obtainable daily goals
