In this meditation, we begin by focusing the breathe and slowly bring images into our focus. For beginners, I always advice to makeup the image. See it, bring it forward, allow it to come into focus, and relax.
This meditation helps us see ourselves from the loving perspective of an animal walking along next to us. It allows us to create loving space and forgiveness for ourselves.
