Dr. Draime shares her leadership journey, including her time as the acting VHA Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff. In the COS role, she served as an advisor to the Under Secretary for Health, representing the Under Secretary in high-level negotiations involving the establishment or implementation of policies, practices, management, and operational activities of VHA.
