A Lesson on "Being Kinder to Yourself"

We often times disregard the most important relationship of our life, the one we have with ourselves. We can hold ourselves to standards that are impossible to achieve, ignore the signs our body is giving us, and just lack grace for the fact that we're human, and there is no such thing or measure as perfection. That's why in today's episode, I talk through ways in which we can shift our perception to be kinder to ourselves. Ultimately, the way we treat ourselves is the way we treat others, so it is crucial that we look at the one and only relationship that we'll have for the entirety of our lives. My hope is that after listening, you begin treating yourself with more kindness so that you not only enjoy your life more fully, but you give others the same treatment, making it a kinder world.
