No Capes! Sour: In a shaker of ice add 2 oz. gin, 1 oz. blackberry lavender syrup, 1/4 oz. lemon juice, and either 1.5 teaspoon of aquafaba or 1/2 egg white. Shake until cold and frothy and strain into a glass with fresh ice.

To make blackberry lavender syrup: Mix together 1.5 cups water, 1 cup blackberries, and 1/8 cup lavender. Simmer for about 20 min. Strain and add equal weight sugar.
