Guys, guys, guys!! It's been 7 years since the first episode of Fine Pairings! Which was, as you know, the first After fic.  But before we get into the episode, some mushy stuff up top...

It's been a pleasure to share the fanfic space with all of you and explore fandoms of all shapes and sizes. We raise our glasses once again to all the creators and readers who made the fanfic space what it is.

What is the core of Reylo as a pillar of Enemies to Lovers? This week, Josie highlights one of the top Kudosed EtL fics from the over 1 million words she collectively read in service of the Rebellion.

This fic was originally meant to be a PWP, and the author let it turn into a full-scale adventure! (Ain't that just the way?) Josie reads Chapter 3, and if you venture into the full fic you'll be treated to angst, slow burn, dubious consent, and explicit content.

Cocktail Pairing: Penicillin

Ingredients: 2 ounces blended scotch whisky, 0.75 oz lemon juice, 0.75 oz honey simple syrup, 0.25 oz Islay single malt scotch (to float), 2-3 slices fresh ginger.

Directions: Muddle fresh ginger in the shaker and then add all ingredients except for Islay scotch; shake; double strain and float Islay on top
