A Lesson on "Five Principles that Keep Me on Track"

Listen Later

As I spend hours each day diving into books, podcasts, YouTube videos, etc. to continue on my journey of spiritual discovery, I find myself sometimes overwhelmed with all the principles that are available. They say to do this, but not too much, then that, then this, and my mind looks like a ping pong ball as I focus on bringing them to life in my day to day. With all to consider, I find it helpful to narrow in on a few that I feel like capture the essence of them all. These change continue to evolve with time, but where it stands today, I wanted to share with you the concepts/mantras/principles, whatever you want to call them, that I reference from time to time to ensure I'm staying the course and in alignment with my truth. Even when my outside circumstances get challenging, I can visit these to remind myself what's real for me. My hope is that at minimum, one of these principles cause a spark of knowing within you, giving you a sense of calm and freedom, even if just for a moment. Enjoy!
