A Lesson on "How to Meditate"

I can confidently say that introducing 15 minutes of daily meditation has completely changed my life. In the beginning, I had a hard time finding my way to creating a supportive meditation practice, often times stating, "I am bad at meditating" as my excuse. The meditations I found would assume that I knew what to do, and I would uncomfortably follow their guidance, and do my best to gain value from their insight. Fast forward 8 years later, and I have some thoughts to share with you if you're looking to begin meditating for the first time, or to create a more consistent practice. My hope is that after listening, you have a process for how to develop a meditation practice that works best for you, one you can stick with, so you can gain it's tremendous value for you life.
