Nothing can pull us back from receiving all we desire in life more than allowing ourselves to live in a state of fear and judgement. They are two sneaky aspects of life that can trap us, and leave us vibrating at a low energy, thus keeping our high vibration desires at a distance. In today's episode, I share with you the practices I use to reframe my fear and drop judgement right in it's tracks so I can live a life of more peace and alignment. My hope is that after listening, you feel as though you have real, practical tools that will help you release fear and judgment as you navigate towards your dream life. Enjoy!
Reframe Process Outlined:
1. Gain awareness of the fear brain's chatter in this moment
2. Acknowledge this fear brain chatter, and recognize that you are the observer of this chatter, this is not you
3. Connect to the fear brain chatter with love, empathy, and curiosity - this is just old programming that you learned at some point. You're always doing the best you can with what you have. You don't need to criticize this part of you. It just is.
4. Allow yourself the opportunity to focus on another thought (as long as momentum has not yet built). Perhaps recall a time where you had a positive thought regarding the circumstance that is currently troubling. Think, what else could be true about this?
5. How does this new thought make you feel?
6. Continue forward in this new energy.
