If you've been a long time listener of my podcast, then you know that a big part of my spiritual journey has been about stopping the need to struggle, sacrifice, and work hard in order to find success aka happiness. I can confidently say that I have retrained my brain to fully believe that not only is life meant to flow with ease, but that you don't have to 'work hard' for your desires. In today's episode, I share with you the one story that helped me significantly as I dismantled this deeply ingrained programming that life was meant to be a struggle.
