Resentment could be thought of as anger gone underground. Both are powerful emotional experiences, meant to help you create healthy boundaries. The goal in making use of these emotions positively is to feel the emotion, let it move within you, and make clear, conscious and respectful choices about how to express your feelings. This lesson will give you more ideas about how to work consciously and powerfully with resentment and how it can help you feel more free instead of more bound up.
