Love comes from understanding. Truly. In this episode, I courageously share this intimate letter that I wrote to my parents on March 1st, 2024 (read aloud March 13, 2024). I wanted to share with you a tangible example of one of the fruits of many months and years of my healing work that I have done to bridge intergenerational and cultural gaps within my family.
