Izzy is an unbelievable women who recently started working with me.
She's got one hell of a story and after some of her recent social media growth she's come under a lot of awful comments.
It's astonishing what the LGBTQ+ community have to put up with whilst trying to navigate their own journey.
In this episode, we take a deep dive into Izzy's past and her journey to becoming who she is today.

This one is a little more raw and gives you an insight into why I've been quiet recently.
Time feels like it's moving fast, my brains in 20 different places but I know all of the chaos is what is needed to build what I am truly capable of.

Episode 18 with Tom Senior from Powerful Performer.
We talk about everything from Childhood up to being a top fitness business owner and every hurdle he's had to overcome to reach success.
Today's episode is a deep dive into being a dad and running a business with Oisin O’Malley.
I met Oisin through a mentorship program with Phil Graham and after hearing his story, I knew I needed to get him on the podcast and chat about the struggles of dad life whilst being a progress addict.
This was a completely unplanned off-the-cuff chat which I think many Men can learn from and also women who are planning on having children in the future can get so much from.
