Connie Tan, owner of the Live Turtle and Tortoise Museum Singapore, recently announced that they'd have to close temporarily by end-February because of an impasse in the construction works around their Yishun site. Connie gives an update on how discussions with the authorities are faring, and why she's still so passionate about giving her hundreds of turtles, tortoises, and terrapins a home despite the funding and logistical challenges she's encountered since starting the facility in 2001.
