Fitness is fantastic, it improves our health, it makes us more productive, it makes us feel part of a highly-motivational community and I can keep going on. But when we go to extremes, and each of us has different limitations to that, things can turn upside down. It's not a dream body if you are living a nightmare to sustain it.
As Many around this time of the year make fitness plans for the next season, let me share a piece of a story of mine, through awareness we decrease risks.
