Meet Mark. After suffering a brain haemorrhage, he nearly died twice. Doctors removed 15% of his brain and told him he may never walk, talk or even use a knife and fork again without being retrained.

But Mark’s story didn’t end there.

Despite everything he had been through, he went on to rebuild his life and eventually ran the London Marathon.
