What are expectations? Are they healthy or unhealthy in a relationship? I define and break down how expectations break down our perceptions of the person who we are suppose to love! What do you think? Do you have any expectations?

We all have problems. We were born into a world of problems. We can't escape or run away from them. In this particular segment, I speak on how problems can affect us, and how to effectively deal with them. A sage once stated, " The only way out is through!" We have to go through a couple of things to really appreciate the sunshine. This is an encouragement piece. I hope that this helps anyone listening to it, to know that you are not alone.

This segment is for the rated X for extra real. I will be speaking on raw truths. If you can't stand the heat, please get out of the kitchen. Did you know that we are the sum of the five people that we hang around? We have to be very careful of what we do in our lonely times.
