A little about my book

Then to Zen, is about realising love and mindfulness will always win, a way to pick yourself up from the floor when things get to much. Small daily tasks that may help you too, as they have me. I discuss raw feelings and journeys and how self discovery and realisations when you go within yourself is vital to show results and your true self outwards. I used to protect myself from getting hurt or loving fully in fear, when in fact what I did was stop myself from loving and being loved. I will also discuss workouts and motivation as it’s the core of what I do. Thank you for joining me. Enjoy
