Andy Phelps is a joy to be around. In this episode, he reminds us that life is incredible and we're silly not to remember that. We talk about his work as a filmmaker and how he published a book. He tells his story of breathing fire and juggling anything he can get his hands on to now being in a wheelchair. We touch on topics such as technology and religion, all while learning a ton about what it means to be truly human.

We're just so thrilled that Cole Williams decided to be on the podcast with us. We are honored to work with Cole in a myriad of ways (The Delta Project, The Fatherhood, anything he asks of us). But more importantly, we believe in the work he's doing. His calling is around changing the narrative around boys and men of color. That work flowers into action with the juvenile detention center, prison reform, Hope Network, and so many other things that we can't keep up. We loved having him on the podcast.
You should reach out to Cole if you'd like to support him in the work he does.

We had a blast sitting down with Nathan Messelink on this weeks episode of 'a little more human.' He's the Creative Director at TBX (A Change Agency) based out of Grand Rapids, MI. He matches Eric Johnson's energy and humor, and it was fun to have them both mirror each other in this episode. Nathan talks about how he became a Creative Director, putting stickers on boxes while working in a freezer, and how kick-ass a Dell computer can be in the right circumstance. We loved his candidness and honesty. We think you will too.
