A Love Letter

What would it look like to be a friend to yourself?

In this episode, I share a powerful tool I use with clients called a love letter.

Not a romantic one—a personal letter to yourself.

A chance to acknowledge:

  • where you’ve come from
  • what you’ve survived
  • the hard things you’ve walked through
  • and the relationship you want to build with yourself now
  • So many women spend years criticizing themselves without realizing it.

This exercise helps you slow down and actually see yourself with more compassion, appreciation, and understanding.

There’s no perfect way to write a love letter.

    You don’t need fancy words.

    You just need honesty.

I also share some beautiful celebrations from clients who are learning how to:

    • trust themselves more
    • feel emotions instead of suppressing them
    • stop people pleasing
    • and create calmer, more authentic relationships
    • This episode is an invitation to look at yourself differently.

      Not through pressure or judgment.

But through love, trust, and commitment.
