This meditation and journaling practice supports reflection, imagination, and gentle self-inquiry, offering space to connect personal vision with collective possibility.
You’re welcome to listen lying down or seated, with eyes closed or softly open. After the meditation, you’ll be given time to write, pause, or continue reflecting in whatever way feels supportive.
