A Moral to the Story
This book basically had a Christian message. No real adventure or suspense, just a short simple lesson about pride, arrogance and how greatness in the eyes of God comes from the ordinary. I wish it was a more adventurous story and in the beginning pages, the story had a more animated, colorful feel to it. In the end, the book fused with its theme and became more laid back and rather predictable. The pictures in the book are beautiful. I would recommend this book for very young readers.

It's kind of a cute, short read with a real moral. Would be great to read to your children and discuss it.
A religous twist
Bought this not really knowing what the story was about ... I love pottery which is why I picked it
Although has a religous theme the story is quite touching ..... also has a moral twist which
as unexpected is a twist .... nice story for a child too....

It's great for teaching kids about what to think about and what not to think about the important things in life and as u read u will realize that it's not all about u it's about what u think of yourself and how God made u
A lump of Clay
It was a cute story for kids. It sets the point that God uses those things that are weak and discarded to make his points and to bring in glory. It is ultimately about Jesus anyway, in this way all the glory goes to Him.
